1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering a shop, generating QR posters, or using any services provided by 365 All Type Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

2. Shop Registration & Account Security

• Shop owners must provide accurate and verifiable information, including Shop Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Physical Address.
• Mobile numbers and email addresses are subject to automatic uniqueness verification. Duplicate registrations with the same contact credentials are prohibited.
• Once registered, the mobile number and email address serve as primary identity credentials and cannot be modified without contacting support.

3. QR Codes & Printable Posters Usage

QR codes and printable posters generated by 365 All Type Solution are intended for legitimate marketing, customer engagement, and shop referral purposes. Users agree not to tamper with, alter, or redirect QR codes to malicious or misleading destinations.

4. Referral Network & Code Integrity

Each shop is assigned a unique alphanumeric referral code. When a new shop registers using your referral code or scan page, the relationship is recorded permanently in our directory. Manipulation of referral chains or fraudulent multi-account creation will result in account suspension.

5. Data Privacy & Intellectual Property

We respect your privacy. Shop contact information displayed on public QR scan pages is made available for customer inquiries and business networking. All platform logos, trademarks, and algorithms remain the intellectual property of 365 All Type Solution.
